I’ve always had a passion for problem-solving, and like many people, I’ve encountered my fair share of tech-related frustrations throughout school and everyday life. Whether it’s a confusing website or a glitchy app, those moments sparked a desire in me to find better solutions. Over time, I also noticed that others often struggled with technology in similar ways. I strongly believe that everyone should be able to navigate websites and digital tools with ease, which is why I’m drawn to UX/UI design. It’s a field where I can combine creativity with problem-solving to make technology more accessible and user-friendly for everyone.

While studying at the University of Minnesota, I came across a bootcamp that offered training in UX and UI. I had no clue what UX/UI even was, but after learning about the process of understanding users and empathizing with them in order to efficiently solve their problems/create new solutions, I knew that this was right up my alley.

Emerging from this bootcamp, I feel prepared to handle any problem that is thrown my way. In these six months, I completed four case studies, all targeting various parts of the UX/UI path. These case studies were front-end to back-end, and even included coding (👎)!
